We've lived here for 2 years and have seen several different management come and go. Overall, we're pretty satisfied. Here is a breakdown of some of the aspects: LOCATION: Pretty central, close to downtown, and right across from the Northeast Mall area. The surrounding neighborhoods seems nice and quaint.
