Boulder's Apts are Great Office staff is very polite never rude. Maintenance Crew are on top of things getting any issues ... you might have on any repair.. I love The Boulders because they go above and beyond to keep the property clean and respectable. These are built solid and ... you dont hear your neighbors talking. The value is good based on spaciousness and compared to other apartments. I have lived here a year and a half and never saw a bug in my apartment. I just signed another years lease and moved to upgrade to a larger apartment. I waited until the last minute to make a choice and Melissa and Sandra made the transaction quickly for me and the approval process went through easily. If you need maintenance they have someone onsite and will help you. I had one request and they came out right away to help me with my air conditioner temperature. My husband and I have lived here at The Boulders for approximately eight years and I have to say that this Management Team ... is by far the best it has had. Management came rushing in with improvements and renovations so quickly. I was impressed. The complex is beautiful and welcoming. They work hard to address any issue we may have. But I have to say I watched with much interest how Maintenance operated. Mike has surrounded himself with a staff that works together like a well oiled machine. They are friendly and courteous as they work hard to renovate this apartment complex quickly. I want to thank you all so much. I have owned and rented several homes and apartments in my almost 60 years and I must say ... I have never in my life seen managers and maintenance take such great care of residents requests. I put in a request on Monday for a microwave door and handle that were broken and by Wednesday the same week they installed a brand new microwave to my surprise! I've lived in various apartments over the years, and The Boulders outshines them all! Sandra and Melissa (main office staff) ... go above and beyond to accommodate the residents and to stay in communication until the problem issue is resolved. Mike and the maintenance crew are THE BEST! They take care of maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, and they don't leave a mess behind when the job is complete. The property is well maintained and quiet, and the location is ideal for dining and shopping. I have never been more pleased to call The Boulders my home! I move in 4 months ago and I couldn't love it here more. They are very accommodating of my two (not small) dogs and we love ... the dog park. My wife and I have found living here one of the most comfortable and well maintained apartments. Our requests for maintenance ... are responded to promptly under 24 hours. The apartments are spacious and have a great design allowing us to enjoy the sun light. Also, we have enjoyed our own water heater and 2 sinks in our bathroom. I have lived at the Boulders for 4 years now. The maintenance is so good here. They are very reliable and quick. The staff ... is also great. They communicate very well and it is easy to get answers from them and get things done. They do their best to accommodate me. The location is close to everything. It is easy to pay rent as you can do it online. When changes happen in the community, they make sure we are well informed. Also, they started using this cool package security system that makes it easy to get packages 24 hours a day and the package is safe and secure.
